About the Role

Blue Swing Entertainment is hiring a Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing efforts across our locations. This is an early-career role with meaningful ownership, ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to help grow a multi-location entertainment platform.

What You'll Do

• Support execution of marketing campaigns to increase visits across all locations
• Help develop and promote themed events, promotions, and experiences
• Support marketing efforts for leagues, tournaments, and avid bowlers
• Help create campaigns that convert first-time and casual bowlers into league players
• Execute email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Maintain and update CRM (Zoho experience is a plus)
• Help segment audiences and target messaging accordingly
• Assist in developing ideas for social media, in-center promotions, and campaigns
• Maintain and update websites — events, leagues, promotions, and visuals
• Assist in sourcing and nurturing leads for parties and events

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years in marketing, communications, or related field
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred)
• Creative thinker with strong idea generation
• Comfortable with marketing tools, CRM, and AI tools
• Zoho experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who takes initiative

Compensation & Setup

• Base salary commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonuses tied to marketing impact
• Fully remote — U.S.-based, DFW preferred
• Flexible schedule; some evenings/weekends may be required

About the Role

We are hiring a fully remote Event Sales Associate to support event bookings across our locations. This is an entry-to-early-career sales role and a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while helping deliver great experiences for guests.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
• Prospect businesses, schools, and organizations in our markets
• Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in converting them into bookings
• Follow up with leads to keep opportunities moving forward
• Track leads, activity, and follow-ups in CRM
• Maintain organized records of all interactions
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Assist with event details and coordination
• Support smooth handoff to on-site teams

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong communication skills — phone, email, written
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Comfortable working fully remote
• Positive, proactive attitude
